Currently our process of orders is to take orders in batches of 50 hence allowing returns causes a bit of turmoil in our process, eventually our business model will no longer be like this (when we have the cash to support very big orders). When that occurs, we will implement a traditional 30-day return policy. However, if a shipped item is physically damaged in anyway or form, we will provide replacements for free, a'long with shipping labels so you have no extra hindrance.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
